- All mock-ups, logos, and color approvals must be confirmed in writing before production.
- Slight color or sizing variations (±3%) may occur due to fabric and digital printing limitations.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms depend on order type (samples, bulk, or repeat).
- Orders begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved channels.
5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each product category may have a defined MOQ. Clients are advised to confirm the MOQ before finalizing production.
6. Production & Delivery Time
- Standard lead time: 4–8 weeks after design and payment confirmation.
- Lead time may vary for bulk or custom orders.
- We strive to deliver on time, but force-majeure delays (e.g., shipping disruptions, customs issues) are beyond our control.
7. Shipping & Custom Duties
- We ship globally via trusted courier and freight partners.
- Shipping charges, customs fees, and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise.
- Once goods leave our facility, risk transfers to the buyer or logistics provider.
8. Returns and Refunds
All return and refund claims are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All patterns, designs, and technical files developed by CoreGear Apparel remain our intellectual property unless transferred by a written agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
CoreGear Apparel shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses, including profit or reputation damage.
- Delays caused by courier services, customs, or natural events.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
